Ways to be Happy

Happiness – That is what all are looking for in this world. Our day to day activities are always related to happiness.

Most of the people search for happiness, instead of feeling it. If you want to be happy, then you can make yourself happier, you can create your own happiness. No external reasons are needed to be happier.

The simple ways which I know are as follows,

• Call your old friends and talk with them for some time.
• Think about your good old days.
• Cherish your memories.
• Help the needy person.
• Spend your time with elder people above 60 yrs.
• Play with kids less than 6 yrs and spend time with them.
• Avoid your wants and expectations.
• Be yourself.
• Always roam around the people with positive thoughts.
• Cultivate a good habit that makes you stress free.
• Enjoy and admire the nature (Rain,Moon,Sun etc).
• Talk with your best buddy.
• Watch your favorite movies.
• Go out with your friend’s gang.
• Listen to some good music.
• Keep your mind relaxed.
• Have a family trip to some good natural places.
• Most important thing is don’t leave your mind to be idle.

These are all the few ways which makez people happy.

Life is so short. So live it, enjoy it, feel happy and make others happy as the true happiness lies in making others happyyy !!!
